"Ask an Acupuncturist" is a public forum on acupuncturetoday.com (www.acupuncturetoday.com/ask) in which interested health care consumers post generic questions about acupuncture and Oriental medicine.
For the past few months, these inquires have been answered through the generosity of Kevin McNamee, a licensed acupuncturist in California.
As more potential acupuncture patients begin to learn about acupuncturetoday.com, more of them are visiting the forum. Potential patients who want to know about acupuncture and Oriental medicine are posting more frequently, and the questions they ask often require a fairly in-depth response. Consequently, the process of answering questions can become time-consuming, especially for one acupuncturist.
Your help is needed to insure that the "Ask an Acupuncturist" forum continues to provide timely, accurate information about the benefits of acupuncture, acupressure, herbal medicine and other aspects of Asian healing. By volunteering, you perform the important service of educating the public. And since statistics show that approximately 10 times as many people visit the forum compared to those who post a message, you will deliver that service to thousands of interested consumers each month.
Acupuncturists and doctors of Oriental medicine who volunteer will have their photographs and biographies presented on the "Ask an Acupuncturist" site. If you can help answer questions from patients and potential patients, please contact us at
