When I'm not playing Gung-Fu or practicing acupuncture and Chinese medicine, I'm honing my husband, father and writing skills. In 2007, I graduated from the Alberta College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine with a diploma in acupuncture and an honorary diploma in TCM.

I've had the wonderful opportunity to write for some of the best publications out there such as Qi Magazine, Kung-Fu Tai Chi Magazine, OptiMYz and Wing Chun Illustrated; and I'm most proud to be part of the Acupuncture Today team.

Also, I'm very happy to be able to give back to the community by teaching for the local Chinese medicine colleges here on the East Coast of Canada.

My treatment, teaching and writing style is uplifting and to the point. I'm very results oriented and believe that bedside manner is king. More information about me at
