The accounting department staff is responsible for all aspects of the company's accounting: vouchering and processing of refunds and banking transactions. They also prepare all bank reconciliations, quarterly sales tax and year end tax reports. Additional responsibilities include the monthly and year-end closings for accounts payable/receivable and maintaining all reports and records.
