DIGITAL EXCLUSIVE

Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM) will be hosting "An Evening with OCOM: Bringing Healing to the Heart of the City" at the Portland Classical Chinese Garden on Thurs., June 11 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. The event is free and open to the public. OCOM's trustees, alumni, community advocates, corporate supporters, faculty and staff, as well as prominent business and civic leaders will be invited to attend.

Guests will have the opportunity to experience the various modalities of traditional Chinese medicine (acupuncture, massage, Chinese herbs and medicinal cooking), sample gourmet hors d'oeuvres courtesy of Wong's King, enjoy sake and rice wine tastings, and meet those who have shaped OCOM's rich history and those who will advance the college's mission.

The Portland Classical Chinese Garden is located on the corner of NW 3rd and Everett in Old Town/Chinatown. OCOM has been partnering for several months now with the Garden, holding public seminars on the benefits of traditional Chinese medicine for its guests. OCOM is a proud and enthusiastic partner in Old Town/Chinatown's cultural renaissance.

Join us for a lively celebration of the transformative effects of traditional Chinese medicine and OCOM's commitment to the culture and vitality of this historic Portland neighborhood. RSVP for this event by phone at (503) 253-3443 x230 or e-mail rsvp@ocom.edu.
